Preparations for dad's birthday party

This is the last chance I get to write in the blog today. In just a couple of hours we will have over 70 people here to celebrate my dad's 50th birthday! It's a pretty big deal, so we have been preparing for days now, and spent the entire day taking care of the last of the cleaning and other preparations.

Zigge is getting tired of all the preparations. He just wants to play!

My sister Charlotte and I have gotten the assignment to take pictures during the party, since we both have DSLR cameras. A few of the pictures will probably show up here in the blog tomorrow :)

The Slender Man is coming to get you!

Yesterday, my sister Louise and I went to Malmö to see The Amazing Spiderman! It was great, and in my opinion better than the other spiderman movies! After the movie, we ate at China Box and then Louise headed to Staffanstorp for her football practice, while I went to Lödde to see my friend Fredrik!

When I arrived in Lödde, Fredrik came and picked me up,and we went to the grocery store to buy some nice dog food for his dog Marley, who had his first birthday. Marley was very happy when he got the food.

After that, Fredrik and I decided to try out a game called Slender, which my sister's boyfriend had told me about. It's a scary game, so we decided to make it even scarier by using Fredrik's big TV-screen, turning off the lights and turning up the volume. We soon discovered that that was a bad idea. It was the scariest game I've ever played! The plot is easy - the only thing you have to do is to collect 8 notes, all warning you about the Slender Man. In the middle of the night. In a dark forest. We managed to collect one note. Both Fredrik and I screamed at several points in the game, and in the end we had to turn it off! After that we had to calm down and watched a movie instead.

Today, I got a ride home with Fredrik and his dad on their motorcycles, and then Fredrik got to meet Zigge!

Zigge!

This morning I was awakened by my sister coming into my room and putting down Zigge on my bed. He thought that was a great opportunity to start licking my face.

Apart from playing around with Zigge, I've also spent the day playing Zelda, cleaning and baking! It's my mothers birthday today, so we want the house to be clean until she comes home, and the cake is a surprise for her :)

Sweden!

I'm finally in Sweden! As I've said before, I'm going to spend a week here. When I arrived at home, this little thing came and met me at the door:

His name is Zigge, and my family got him just a little more than a week ago! How will I be able to only stay one week??

I've only been home for a couple of hours, and I've already taken almost a hundred pictures :)

Another night out

Yesterday, we decided to go out again.

Woah, going out three nights in a row? Haven't done that in a long time!

This time we went to Mayfair club together with some of the girls from the night before and Davron, Jeffrey and his friend. Unfortunately, Julia didn't feel like going. It was a nice night though! We danced, had some drinks, danced some more. In the end of the night my feet hurt so bad though, so I left a bit earlier than the others. Plus, those kind of clubs aren't really my thing... And I don't know what was up with the DJ and the sound system. Sometimes, the music just stopped abruptly.

Still, it was a fun night!

Now, I am going to pack my bag for tomorrow. I'm going to visit Sweden for a week, so I need to consider what to bring!

Proud night (camera explosion)

Again, I've been absent from the blog. There's been a lot going on. Wednesday evening, Julia arrived here! So when I haven't been working, I have been spending time with her and Ellinor. Thursday night, we went to Your Mum's House. It's been a while since I last went there, so it was fun! Then yesterday, we went to Michelle's flat (which is also my old flat) to have a bbq. However, the bbq failed a bit when they realised they couldn't light the grill... After we ate, we went to Proud in Camden.

This morning, Ellinor, Julia and I went to starbucks for breakfast. Afterwards, Julia and I went to Portobello market while Ellinor went to Hyde park with some others.

 This is a sweater that I bought the other day. I love owls, and when I saw this I just had to have it!

I didn't plan to buy anything on portobello road, especially considering I did some shopping the other day, but I just couldn't resist this bag...

My wallet is crying...

This morning, when Ellinor and I woke up, we went down to Kilburn high road to do some shopping! And once you start, you just can't stop, especially when it's so cheap! But to be fair, I haven't bought this much in a long long time...
